欧盟2010-2021年房价和租金增长 ©Eurostat
根据欧盟统计局（Eurostat）最新发布的数据，2021 年第四季度，欧盟的房租和房价继续稳步增长，与 2020 年第四季度相比，分别上涨了 1.3% 和 10.0%。
从 2010 年到 2021 年第四季度，欧盟平均房租累计上涨了 16%，房价上涨 42%。
2021 年第四季度，拉脱维亚的房价比同年第三季度上涨 4.2%，比上年第四季度增长 16.5%。
将 2021 年第四季度与 2010 年的房价相比，拉脱维亚是涨幅最大的国家之一。24 个欧盟国家房价上涨，其中涨幅最高的有：爱沙尼亚（156.3%）、匈牙利（128.4%）、卢森堡（123.8%）、拉脱维亚 （114.5%）、捷克 （110.7%）、奥地利（108.9%）和立陶宛（108.3%）。3 个欧盟成员国的房价下跌，分别是希腊（- 22.8%）、意大利（- 11.9%）和塞浦路斯（- 8.5%）。
与 2020 年第四季度相比，拉脱维亚 2021 年第四季度的租金上涨了40% 左右。
