2019年，瑞典中央政府的办公室曾经被盗至少三次，总共失窃12支手枪以及子弹。这些手枪是Glock品牌所谓的加强型武器，以备恐怖袭击等严重威胁时使用。
这些盗窃案被曝光几周后，一名30多岁的男子因涉嫌盗窃和重罪被捕。这名男子受雇于Securitas公司，是中央政府办公室的一名保安。
根据《司法日报》的报道，在被盗的这些武器中，只有一件被找到。这支枪是在一个年轻人身上发现的。六个月前，他因为持有这支枪而被逮捕，并被认定企图谋杀犯罪网络的头目。
另一支手枪出现在另一项刑事调查中，当时它出现在一名被定罪男子手机中的照片中。那个人被控持有武器，但后来被认定为无罪。
《司法日报》报道称，检察官Lucas Eriksson 已经结束了调查。
