根据瑞典媒体SVT报道，瑞典政府委托三个机构在从事数字接种证书及其验证的基础设施建设工作。按照政府的初衷，这一基础设施的开发，应当以便利于证书发放、使用和验证为原则。
政府表示，瑞典希望积极参与设计一个国际标准，使各国之间的旅行成为可能。我们的目标是在今年夏天之前完成数字基础设施的建设。
瑞典社会事务部部长Lena Hallengren赞成疫苗接种证书的设想，认为，疫苗接种证书几乎与疫苗接种一样让人期待已久。
瑞典数字化部部长Anders Ygeman表示，每个接种过疫苗的人都有权从接种者那里获得接种证书。现在正在开发的这种数字基础设施，可用于疫苗接种证书的发放和验证。疫苗接种证书更具安全、便利性和国际上的可接受性。
