SVT 最近对瑞典的校餐供应情况做了一番调查。调查发现,与瘟疫大流行之前相比,如今的校餐供应发生了如下的变化:可供选择的菜肴和沙拉品种减少了,午餐时间也不再相对固定,比平时或提前或推迟。
SVT也对一些市政当局总计22位营养学家做了调查,得出的总体结论是,与瘟疫发生之前相比,学校的食物供应确实在几个方面发生了变化,主要是许多市政当局减少了菜肴的数量,减少了自助餐沙拉的供应。
国家食品管理局的营养学家Ulrika Backlund 注意到了疫情期间学校食品供应发生改变的几个令人忧虑的现象。她表示,如果可供选择的菜肴减少,可能会让更多的孩子吃得更少,这会导致一些孩子在学校里难以集中注意力,而且对很多孩子来说,校餐是一天中最重要的一餐。瑞典国家食品管理局也建议,学校午餐的时间应该在11点到13点之间,并且学生每天要坚持在同一时间用餐。
